Two excellent games gave us the start to our tenth season of Unicycle Football.
Game 1
Ill Eagles took on the reigning champs, Los Bierdos, in a back to back battle ending on a video review of a flag grab by one of the leagues newest players, bush whacker (pending), who saved the game to stop the ill eagles from scoring on their final play.
Game 2
Recent GUNNGUNNGUNN Fest champions, Harvey Street Herons, played the fresh Gnarwhals with a roster packed full of new riders. Slow Poke, the speedy quarterback for the Gnarwhals helped his team fight tooth and nail to the finish in another final play decision. A run was called short of the touchdown for the Gnarwhals and the Harvey Street Herons held on to the victory.
