Two good games this weekend, the Herons took out the Blackouts to close out their season, and seat the Herons at 5th place for the regular season who will head to the wildcard playoffs.
A very intense game of the Hot Dogs Vs Bierdos ended in a victory for the Hot Dogs and keep the top 4 standings extremely close.
Hot Dogs will play Ill Eagles in a make-up game and Los Bierdos finish the regular season tied for 1st with the Unicychos.

There will be no game this weekend in San Marcos, we're performing an exhibition game at the Texas Motor Speedway.
Ill Eagles fought hard in a back and forth game but took down the mighty Unicychos.
The rain held up this weekend and despite a bit of wind there were two entertaining games this weekend. Herons pecked away at the Gnarwhals in a slow and steady fashion that gave them their highest scoring game to date with 96 points.
Unicychos didn't go easy on the Blackouts with Crazy Horse returning the first kickoff for a touchdown. Blackouts, having the greatest heart on the field, did not give up though. Everyone there will recollect a very fun and entertaining game to watch but alas, in the end the Unicychos won as they typically do.
Their standings are very close for first and second place, as well as third, fourth and fifth. The next two weeks will decide the play-off match ups and the Unicychos and Bierdos are guaranteed a bye-week on the road to the Stupor Bowl IX.
Both games this weekend were hard fought. Los Bierdos regain their seat as numero uno with their 11 victories.
Rolling Blackouts were looking to put the lights out on Los Bierdos to keep the thunder rolling from their previous week victory. Bobbles and fumbles were everywhere from both teams but the Blackouts took the most advantage from it. They were tied at half and the Blackouts started to edge a lead over the Bierdos until the last seconds of the game. Vito Scardello (absent from the first half) appeared in the game to lead his team to victory. On a big 4th down play, in classic style, Vito Scardello zig-zags through the field like a sidewinder and chops up the entire Blackouts defense and finds himself in the end-zone only leaving the blackouts 3 seconds to come back for the lead. It didn't happen. Bierdos paid the bills and got to keep their lights on.
When you play the Hot Dogs, you never know what they're going to bring to the table. Hell-on-Wheel had every plan to give them Hell-on-Wheel and kept the game close for the first half. Unfortunately for Hell-on-Wheel, the return of Rusty Needles and his Jaguar Jizz sponsorship helped the Hot Dogs turn the second half into a cream-ation, and it. was. everywhere. Hot Dogs win despite the hot dogs being puked on the sidelines.
Week 26, Unicychos (W) Vs Gnarwhals (L)
Week 27 Gnarwhals (W) vs Hot Dogs (L)
Week 27 Rolling Blackouts (W) vs Hell-on-Wheel (L)
Big congratulations to the Rolling Blackouts for their first ever win as a team.
Game 1 - Unicychos vs Herons
The Harvey St. Herons catch everyone by surprise when they charged full force against the Unicychos and held the lead until late in the second half. Unfortunately for the hopeful team, just a few too many mistakes allowed the Unicychos to catch up and surpass the Herons for a final time with only 11 seconds remaining. The first year team continues to impress the crowd against the strongest teams in the league. This loss moves the Ill Eagles up to 4th place and the Herons down to 5th, they have a tied record but Ill Eagles have taken two wins against the Herons.
Game 2 - Los Bierdos vs Hell-on-Wheel
Hell-on-wheel brings talent to every match but still have been unable to secure more than one victory for the season. They played very well against Los Bierdos for most of the game but the side-winder run tactics of Vito Scardello and the amazing catches by Wobbles proved too much to defeat. Los bierdos secure the win and remain tied with the Unicychos as they both stand at 9-2.
